When I first started in the event and marketing industry in 2000, never would have I imagined that 25 years later I would still be creating and activating experiences. It was a different time, and events were nowhere near the caliber they are today. I’ve seen an industry change before my eyes, but I still enjoy every moment. During my career, I’ve never been afraid to get my hands dirty or complain about a scar caused by the never-ending bumps and bruises. To me, they are permanent memories of events and programs of the past.
From launching brands to tradeshow management, each program is a new and exciting challenge. Watching a program develop from conception to activation gives me a rush each time. Over the last few years, I’ve had the opportunity to combine my love of culinary and marketing. It's been such a rewarding experience.

Dan has been an excellent addition to our field marketing team at The Marketing Arm. Through working with him since 2016 on a national tour, I was impressed by his professional ability to manage cross-functional relationships across our client base while managing turnkey events. During the two years I have worked with Dan, he was personally responsible for helping us add on to our tour and contribute to our bottom line.
I worked with Dan Reyes at Havas Impact in the experiential operations division. Dan is a talented project manager and has a dedication to his work. He is always willing to jump in and assist with projects to guarantee success of each program. Dan has a great relationship with his coworkers and has a passion for the event industry.
I had the pleasure of working with Dan for just over one year, at the Guinness World Records, on several event projects.
Dan has excellent organizational skills which means he can handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time. His meticulous eye for detail means his events run on time and to budget and most importantly they are of the highest standard.
Dan also is a fantastic cook and his ceviche recipe will always be a favorite of mine.
I'm sorry we only got to work together for a short time and mostly under COVID restrictions but any employer would be lucky to have Dan in their team.
Dan is a work horse. He never stops until the job is done. The amount of preparation he puts in to each of his jobs is incredible. I highly recommend Dan for any job.
I worked with Dan on Trop50 Lemonade Tour. The passion and enthusiasm that he brought to the Trop50 program was contagious and admirable. In my mind, he set the standard for what a Program Manager should be. His attention to detail and willingness to be upfront and honest made it easy for my team and I to execute.
I was fortunate to have Dan oversee the details my experiential tour and I always knew that my client and I were in very capable hands! He managed all aspects of the tour which was executed flawlessly!

pASSION FOR CULINARY
Ever since I can remember, cooking has been a passion of mine. I remember being 5 years old and making Cuban coffee and also making my first solo dish, a Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake. [see photo to the right] Granted, it was a premix box, but, I was proud of myself. Fast forward to 2016 and the big idea to make food and post it on Instagram. It was a cheesy post but it still sits there as a reminder how far I have come.
I love cooking for people. I watch too many food competitions and if I only had 4 channels to pick from to watch it would include Food Network. I have created 8 tabletop food books and I am currently working on my first cookbook based on my social posts.
